How long does shipping actually take?
8–10 days to Canada and the US, tracked. The paw foam currently ships to US addresses only; mat, jet and glove ship to both countries.
Is the foam safe if my dog licks their paws?
The formula is fragrance-free and alcohol-free with vitamin E and aloe, and it’s made for external cleaning. Wipe paws dry after use as directed. Medical or ingestion concerns are your vet’s department, always.
Does the Reset Jet work indoors?
It connects to a standard ¾″ garden hose (not included), so it’s an outdoor tool. Indoors is what the mat, glove and foam are for.
Will my dog actually tolerate this?
That’s the design brief. No cups to shove paws into, nothing sprayed near the face. The glove feels like petting; the mat asks nothing of the dog at all.
What if it doesn’t work for us?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund any unused items — no interrogation.
Does this replace baths?
No — and anyone who says their product does is fibbing. This is between-bath cleanup: the daily mess, handled daily.
